The rooms were well appointed with a lovely view breakfast was good with abundant options hosts were friendly and even helped with local dining suggestions the surrounding countryside is perfect for peaceful walks 🏞️

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and airy, and we enjoyed the amenities such as tea and coffee. Breakfast offered a lovely selection of tea, toast, and cereals. Loved our time here!

Comfortable and well-located 🛏️

This place is conveniently close to restaurants, pubs, and Maidstone. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything I needed, like WiFi, coffee, and a hairdryer. Plus, there was free Wi-Fi.

The staff and the host were friendly and welcoming, and the room had a beautiful view, equipped with useful amenities such as a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator.

We had a fantastic stay at this welcoming B&B. the hosts were lovely and made us feel right at home. the rooms were clean, airy, and filled with natural light. the bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. the breakfast was delicious and catered to everyone's needs. We also enjoyed the quietness of the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay at Fair View Bed & Breakfast. the house was incredibly comfortable, with spotlessly clean rooms and a newly renovated shower room. the hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel like house guests in their beautiful home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the fresh milk in the fridge and the available crockery and cutlery. The peaceful countryside surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere, and the English-style breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our day of exploring. Cons: Nothing all good! 😊.

I recently stayed at Fair View for a few nights and it was perfect for my visit. The location was ideal, with easy access to main roads and a peaceful, rural setting. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed playing with their friendly cat and happy dog. The breakfast was superb, with freshly cooked food made to order and a variety of options available. a lovely place to unwind and I highly recommend it.
